When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and any optional context you choose to share. We also capture basic usage metrics (page views, scroll depth, signup conversions) so we can understand how visitors engage with our landing pages.

Providing your email address is optional, but we cannot send you waitlist updates without it.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.

Legal Basis

• Consent for collecting and using your email address to send you waitlist updates.
• Legitimate interests for using privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand and improve our site.

Processors

• MailerLite – email marketing platform used to collect and send waitlist updates. MailerLite acts as our data processor for storing subscriber details, logging consent, and delivering emails.
• Plausible Analytics – privacy-friendly analytics platform hosted in the EU. We do not use cookies for analytics and only collect aggregated usage metrics (page views, scroll depth, signup conversions). No personally identifiable information is stored by Plausible.
• Hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) – used to host this website and store minimal server logs for security and performance.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers or their sub-processors may access or store personal data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, they use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections) to keep your data safe.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Plausible Analytics runs without cookies and does not collect personal data. Our providers may set strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies where needed to keep the site secure and to deliver forms or emails.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting data to what we need.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, after which we will remove you from our active mailing list.
